Terms & Conditions

Online orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before crafting or dispatch. Ready-made pieces are reserved on receipt of payment; custom and made-to-order pieces begin with a 50% advance, with the balance payable before or on delivery. Cash on delivery is available for accessories only.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

In-home measurement and consultation visits are offered in Faisalabad and nearby cities. The visit fee is Rs 25,000 within Faisalabad and higher for other cities, confirmed before the visit. Half of the visit fee is credited against your order once it is decided and placed. The fee is non-refundable if no order is placed.

Custom pieces are produced to the dimensions, materials and finishes approved by you in writing at the quote stage. Changes requested after production begins may affect price and delivery time. Lead times are estimates and are communicated with your quote.

Delivery is arranged per order and confirmed on WhatsApp. Please ensure the piece fits through entrances, stairways and lifts — our team can advise measurements in advance. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Haute House pieces carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in structure and joinery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, or natural variation in wood, brass and fabric.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. By placing an order you accept these terms together with our Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.
